The Chronicles of Narnia — C.S. Lewis

C.S. Lewis’s seven-book series begins when four children step through a wardrobe into Narnia, a land frozen in winter by the White Witch. There they meet Aslan, the lion, and discover they have a part to play in a much bigger story.

Lewis, a former atheist who came to faith, filled Narnia with gospel truth. Aslan gives his life on the Stone Table for a traitor, Edmund, and then rises again, breaking death itself. Kids love it as an adventure, and grown-ups find themselves meeting Jesus in a new way. Further up and further in!
