Some of the best shots in golf aren’t measured in yards. They’re measured in the lives we help change.
At Rooftop Golf in Birmingham, a little friendly competition supports a much bigger mission: helping children and veterans experience mobility, independence, and the joy of riding.
Iron City Trykes provides specially adapted therapeutic tricycles for people whose needs make an ordinary bicycle difficult or impossible to use. Every tricycle represents a chance to join family and friends on a ride, build confidence, and experience a freedom many of us take for granted.
That’s why this event matters. The golfers may be aiming for the green, but the real target is opportunity.
To everyone who organized, sponsored, volunteered, played, or cheered: thank you. You remind us that doing good doesn’t always require a grand gesture. Sometimes it starts with showing up, having fun, and helping somebody else move forward.
