Some songs take you places. Others bring you home.

“Such Great Heights,” originally recorded by The Postal Service, is one of those songs that seems to float somewhere between heaven and earth. Its melody captures that extraordinary feeling of discovering something beautiful and wanting to hold onto it forever.

But music becomes even more meaningful when it connects us to the people we love.

It’s who’s sitting beside you.

It’s sharing a smile when the music begins. It’s watching someone you love experience something beautiful. It’s realizing that, for one extraordinary moment, everything feels exactly where it belongs.

The Postal Service created something magical with “Such Great Heights,” and Act of Congress reminds us how powerful music becomes when talented musicians bring their own voices and instruments to a song.

Different sounds. Different interpretations. One beautiful connection.
