Rooftop Golf for a Great Cause: Iron City Trykes and the Power of Giving Back

GOOD WORKS | WeRockTV

Sometimes the greatest victories happen far away from a traditional golf course. Sometimes they happen on a rooftop, where friends, businesses, and community supporters gather for something much bigger than a game.

Rooftop Golf celebrates the spirit of giving, bringing attention to the remarkable work of Iron City Trykes, a Birmingham nonprofit dedicated to helping children, adults, and injured veterans experience greater mobility, independence, and freedom.

Through specially designed adaptive tricycles, Iron City Trykes helps individuals with physical challenges discover the simple joy of riding. What many of us take for granted can become a life-changing opportunity for someone else.

And that’s what makes community events like this so meaningful.

A special thank-you to every sponsor who makes this kind of generosity possible.

To the businesses contributing financial support, the volunteers giving their time, the organizers coordinating the details, and everyone who helps spread the word: your generosity matters.

Sponsorship is more than putting a company logo on a banner. It’s about putting compassion into action.

Every contribution represents another opportunity to build confidence, encourage independence, and bring a smile to someone who deserves the freedom to move.

At WeRockTV, we believe good works deserve good publicity. We celebrate organizations that demonstrate what happens when people set aside their differences and work together toward a common purpose.

Iron City Trykes reminds us that the best investments aren’t always measured in dollars. They’re measured in lives touched, obstacles overcome, and opportunities created.

To everyone supporting Rooftop Golf and Iron City Trykes, thank you for demonstrating the generosity that makes Birmingham such a special community.

And to the families and riders whose lives are being changed, you’re the real champions.

Let’s keep supporting the people who make good things happen, one ride, one smile, and one act of kindness at a time.

Good News. Good Music. Good Works.
